Return Policy

This return and exchange policy applies exclusively to purchases made through our online store at www.shamballajewels.com. Items purchased in our physical store are not eligible for return or exchange under this policy. For in-store purchases, please refer to the return policy provided at the point of sale or contact our store directly.

If you’ve placed an order online and wish to return or exchange it for any reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your online order. You can return your product for a different item or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our online return and exchange policy:

- Customized items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging.
- Returned items must show no visible signs of wear or use.

If an online item is defective or damaged, we will exchange it for the same item if possible. Please contact us at support@shamballajewels.com to check availability.

To initiate a return or exchange for an online purchase:

1. Email us at support@shamballajewels.com with your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
2. Indicate which item(s) you wish to return or exchange, including your order number.
3. Include the order confirmation in the return package and send it to:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Important Notes:

- This policy applies only to online purchases. In-store purchases are not eligible.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- The buyer is responsible for the returned product until it reaches us—we strongly recommend using a traceable shipping service.
